A supportive Mat Pilates class designed for rehabilitation after injury or returning to exercise safely and confidently. Ideal for: post-injury return, back/hip/shoulder stability, improving posture, rebuilding core strength, beginners who want to learn proper technique.
Please note minimum of 6 people for class to go ahead.
